It holds the highest security certification in the international payment industry - PCI-DSS Level-1, aswell as the US MSB(Money Services Business)and Canadian MSB(Money and Cryptocurrency ServicesBusiness). It plans to apply for licenses such as EU VASP,Singapore MPl,and Hong Kong MSO in stages. The Hong Kong Ist,4th,and 9th licenses will be jointly operated through ajoint venture with partnersand investors.

By adopting the "one headquarters (Hong Kong Payerton Technologies Limited) + multiple joint ven-tures" mixed business operation model, we fully leverage the compliance qualifications of our ecosys-tem partners to achieve light-asset business operations. Payerton focuses on the technical plafformand operation system levels,and acquires customers and achieves growth through different types ofjoint venture licenses. The plan involves establishing separate joint ventures with Huatuo Capital (HK.0905), Yu Cheng KuoJin (HK.0927),and Jia Miao Technology (HK.8198) to handle the fund custody, wealth management,and asset management sectors. The long-term goal is to build a"BVI holding -Hong Kong - Nasdaq"listing structure.
